New Website - Account

Q: Where is my Order History and Account?
A: We designed a brand-new website with features that will improve your online shopping experience with us. Unfortunately, we couldn't bring your order history or old accounts with us.

Q: Why doesn't my old account login work?
A: This is a brand new site. For technical reasons we couldn't move all the account data from our previous site, so all existing users must create a new account. We know it's a pain and we appreciate your patience.

Q: Can I access my old account information?
A: Please email us to ask for any information you may need. Please provide the transaction date, invoice/order #, and product #. If you don't have that info handy, please provide your best estimation of that info.

Q: Why did you change the website?
A: Our old website didn't have functions that we have now. By switching to this platform, we have improved credit card security technology, responsive design for mobile users, better navigation, and better e-commerce solutions.

Q: How can I report a website issue?
A: Please use the "Found a Bug" option on the form on the Contact Us page. We'll get back to as soon as we can!

Q: I still see some things that can be improved.
A: We have a long list of additional functions and improvements we plan to make. If you have a suggestion, please use the "Comments/Complaints" on the form on the Contact Us page and we will take the suggestion into consideration.

Purchases

Q: Can I use gift cards online?
A: We are working on that function right now, but as of today, you can only use them in person at any of our locations.

Q: Can I use my preferred points online?
A: We are working on that function right now, but as of today, you can only use them in person at any of our locations.

Q: Can I special order an item?
A: Yes, please email us.

Q: Do you purchase used computers?
A: Unfortunately, we do not purchase used computers.

Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

Q: How long do I have to return an item?
A: We accept returns for refund within 14 days of the purchase. Returns need to be accompanied by the receipt/invoice, be in new condition. Returns are also subject to a 15% restocking fee. For more details, take a look at our Terms & Conditions page.

Q: What kind of warranties does Central Computer offer on systems?
A: If item is defective we will exchange with the same item ONLY. If an item is out of stock, customer will need to wait for back-order of product. Central may replace it with a product of equal or similar features and functionality, under special circumstances. For more information, please check Terms & Conditions page.
